Whilst we offer an extensive range of stock cases ideal for various applications, they may not be suitable for your specific business needs – for example, you may need to transport specialised goods that cannot fit into our standard cases.
With our bespoke service, you provide the specification and decide exactly what you want, from specific lengths, heights, widths, moulded inner shells, foam inserts, specific colours, branding, and handles and wheels.
But how does the case customisation process work?
1. Select a case type
We have a superb selection of high-quality models that can be custom-made, from lightweight flight cases to heavy-duty protective cases for rigorous uses.
- Bespoke flight cases – thanks to our custom flight cases, you can air travel with peace of mind knowing your unique cargo is cushioned safely in the hold.
- Custom presentation cases – present your wares most professionally with made-to-measure cases.
- Bespoke aluminium designs – invest in a super-strong yet lightweight case that looks sleek and executive.
- Custom transit cases – keep your equipment safe during transportation with our made-to-order cases.
Choose from our extensive range that includes our Thermodyne, Flitebag Astro, Flitebag Pro or Polybox models, plus many other types of cases, which all offer an elite level of protection unrivalled by other models on the market.
To make your custom-made order, you should contact us by email or phone so we can discuss your requirements directly. We’ll need some information from you to help us accurately create your perfect case – typically, this will be dimensions and drawings.
2. Add a foam insert
At an added cost, you can add a uniquely cut foam interior to your made-to-order cases, designed to your specifications and dimensions.
A case with foam increases the protection of your equipment from impacts, vibration damage and scratches. Plus, thanks to our premium quality materials, they look professional and help to present products in style – an essential for presentation cases especially.
Similarly to the case itself, to manufacture your customised foam insert, we’ll require information about the items you intend to store, such as specific measurements and dimensions – many of our clients provide drawings or images.
After your foam interior has been manufactured, it will be added to your case.
